Foods That Increase Your Concentration

Here’s an interesting question from a reader:

“Are there any recommended foods that increase your concentration?”

Certain dietary guidelines help in maintaining your focus.

As you can imagine, you won’t be able to concentrate after having eaten a big meal or after having drank a big amount of alcohol. That’s only common sense.

We taught the optimum nutrition for maximum energy on the Vitality and Energy Training, and this has effects on your mental performance including concentration.

Although the effects of nutrition in your energy levels and mental performance are undeniable, I haven’t found any specific food or dietary guidelines that increases your concentration to a considerable level.

At least in a way that makes you NOT need the training.

You still need to take the time and the effort to train your mind to concentrate.

The nutrition is like a boost to it. Something to aid the training. Not to replace it.

It makes it 10% easier.

But, even so, concentration training is still hard. There’s no beating around the bush. It’s probably one of the hardest trainings we have. We tried to make it as easy and less frustrating as we can – especially by adding the energy element to it – but it will continue to be hard for all of us.

It was for me, and most likely, it will be for you too.

Even so, the rewards compensate this effort more than a thousand times!

Take advantage of the special promo of our new training “Concentration and Mind Control” until July 7th! It’s two days from now!
