Are you doing your exercises correctly?

Charisma School trainings have different set of exercises to be done during some time.

If you are not vigilant, you may fall into the habit of doing them automatically, just like brushing your teeth.

Although the routine aspect of the exercises are important (as in doing them regularly), the exercises in themselves are not to be done automatically.

They should be done with full intention and attention. Particularly in the beginning phase, it’s hard to do anything related to energy without this full intention.

You need a strong Will in order to move, generate and project energy. This strong Will doesn’t come from doing the exercises automatically and mindlessly.

If you are half-asleep, you won’t gain much from any of the exercises.

With that said, it’s perfectly normal that you won’t feel the great Will feeling everyday the same way.

Some days will be better, others will be worse.

We don’t always have the same mood or the same performance.

Although there are many factors at play, your own mind control and mental state play a big role here.

If you constantly fall prey to your “moods” and have little control over your emotions, then I can assure you many of your training sessions will not be very useful.

The more control you have over your own mental states, the more “productive” your training sessions will be.

I’m pleased to say that my “worse” today, was probably my best a while back.

From then, I increased my mind control, which made my training sessions a lot more productive.

It’s not just a matter of showing up and doing the exercises. Sometimes, you need to prepare yourself mentally for it.

If you are not feeling your Will inside of you, or are feeling depleted, then spend a few minutes getting into the right state. Those 5 or 10 minutes that you’ll spend in preparation will make a world of difference.

Even if you have only limited time – let’s say you have 20 minutes total time for your training session. If you spend 10m getting into the right state and 10 minutes into the actual exercises, it would be much better than spending those 20 minutes in a half-asleep state doing all of the exercises.

As Abraham Lincoln famously said:
“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.”
