On this weeks video we enter into the meat of keeping our WILL in the relationships we have with others. The first two concepts are “life principles” that many people with a strong will (hence charismatic!) use everyday of their lives.
Although they may seem simple and obvious concepts, 99% of us don’t use them due to our insecurities and need to be likable. After watching the video remember, only reading about them gives no advantage, the concepts must be used DAILY if we wish to grasp the benefits.
Exercises for this week are:
Exercise 6 “Destruction of Bigger Habits” -This is the sequel to last week’s exercise of destruction of smaller and unimportant habits. This week is time to finally let go of one habit that it’s really harmful and a little bit harder for you to stop doing.
Exercise 7 “Need for Speak” – This exercise will make anyone pretty much instantly likable when we are talking with others almost overnight. And it does grow our will power at the same time.
Exercise 8 “Body Awareness” – One more exercise to get to know your body better while keeping your attention in full speed. Maybe we’ll recognize tension feelings we never know we had.
Here’s the video for this week:

Dear sir,
Do we need to close eyes for exercise 8 ?
thank you sir,
yours faithfully,
A.Ravi Chandra Reddy
Hey Ravi,
It’s easier if you do it with your eyes closed since you can focus much better on your inner sensations and feelings. In fact, during this exercise, the more you can close yourself down to the external world the better. A meditative, introspection posture and outlook towards this exercise is the best way of truly achieving it.
All the best,
Bruno
